ABOUT US Staff OverSeas is an Australian Registered Company We're an Aussie guy and an Argentinian woman managing our “start-up” based in Melbourne, Australia. Our goal is to outsource work from Australian companies to individual workers and labor providers in Argentina. We want to provide opportunities for workers in Argentina to access better wages by creating a virtual workplace, working directly with our clients in Australia We want to tap into the creativity and resourcefulness of Argentinian workers and provide Australian businesses with an amazing talent base that can rival anything they can find locally. THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Human Resources Manager in Argentina. You will have the exclusive responsibility of recruiting all employees in Argentina. You will come on board with us as a full entrepreneurial partner for our Argentina operations. THE REWARD You will receive one third of all profits made in Argentina! This is a purely entrepreneurial position. Since Staff OverSeas is a start-up company, we do not offer a wage or any guarantee of income to the Argentinian Partner other than the above mentioned one third of profits. If you're willing to invest your time and share the risk with us, the rewards can be incredible! ABOUT YOU You have a tertiary diploma or degree in Human Resources. You have a proven track record in recruiting. You are fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken. You are prepared to develop a close working relationship with us as we grow this opportunity. You are driven, self motivated and hungry for success.
