We are seeking an experienced Application Support for a international company.This role requires both proven experience with technology and outstanding personal communication and customer service skills. The candidate likes to collaborate in multicultural environments and interact with stakeholders to resolve technical issues. The candidate will be expected to be able to manage, update, and provide tier 3 support for custom b'&' 3rd Party applications built for Windows b'&' Linux in a very fast paced environment. Success in this role requires a commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and demonstrated leadership skills.b'/xc2/xa0'Required Qualifications* Windows b'&' Linux experience necessary.* Linux server/user administration, light scripting (perl, python, ruby or other), and database experience (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MemSQL, or other).* Manage IIS, including load balanced applications, certificate monitoring, and deploying new sites b'&' applications manually b'&' via automated scripts and applications.* Ensure SQL Servers are performing optimally. Run CPU utilization and query analyzer and performance metrics.* Ensure adherence to standards. Safeguard our production and staging environment by reviewing and ensuring that all deployments to production/staging are thoroughly reviewed and have passed the QA process.* Basic+ network understanding and how to troubleshoot network related issues in both Windows or Linux.* Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex application problems and leverage tools and resources appropriately to identify solutions that may or may not be already documented.* Ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities.* Excellent relationship management, customer service and English communication skills in a variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.)* Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.* Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities.* Ability to remain calm, composed and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations.* Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP protocols and applicationsb'/xc2/xa0'Responsibilities* Database querying experience (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MemSQL, or other) to identify data conditions and problems.* Manage and administer Custom developed applications as well as SaaS offerings.* Ensure SQL Servers are performing optimally.
