Help IT teams to prioritize development efforts based on data analysis and projected impact. Provide support on the definition of success metrics for key digital products, setting quarterly and annual targets through OKRs.Data-Driven Perspective: Guide teams in leveraging data to drive decision-making. Develop hypotheses and utilize a diverse toolkit of analytical approaches, methodologies, and frameworks to test them. Empower teams to utilize existing data effectively and generate new data sources where necessary.
