We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) with a desire to grow and contribute their potential for a recognized company specialized in developing software for the fintech industry, whose clients are mainly in Europe.b'/xc2/xa0' What will be your responsibilities?b'/xc2/xa0' Lead the development of comprehensive test plans and advanced test case designs, focusing on edge cases and stress conditions.Execute detailed manual and automated testing, identifying subtle defects and usability issues.Document and communicate defects with precision, ensuring efficient debugging and resolution by development teams.Conduct performance and load testing to validate system resilience under various conditions.Perform advanced security testing to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with industry standards like PCI DSS.Oversee the transition of software to live environments, ensuring a smooth and defect-free release.Monitor user feedback and system logs to maintain and continuously enhance software quality.Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.Actively participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to align quality goals with business objectives.Stay on standby to respond to critical system issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.b'/xc2/xa0' What are we looking for?b'/xc2/xa0' Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including manual and automation testing in complex systems (PHP and Javascript).Expertise in designing and implementing test strategies, plans, and cases for high-scale, critical applications.Strong knowledge of API testing, performance testing tools, and security testing methodologies.Experience with tools like GitLab CI, MongoDB, and Agile/Scrum development processes.Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor junior team members.Process-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Fluency in English (written and spoken)b'/xc2/xa0'Advanced Spoken English levelb'/xc2/xa0' What we offer?
